He has served as CEO of a mobile technology company, President of a generative AI platform, founded and sold three businesses, and advised Fortune 500 and PE-backed growth-stage companies. Across these roles, his focus has remained consistent: creating enterprise value through digital and data-driven growth, building high-performing teams, and enabling organizations to execute and innovate at scale. Along the way, Jason observed a universal challenge: performance management was among the most critical processes in business, yet also one of the most broken. Reviews consumed valuable time, drained resources, and too often failed to deliver clarity or actionable insights. Jason founded Perform360 to address this challenge—combining agentic technology with proven leadership practices to reimagine performance management as a true driver of enterprise growth and impact.

He is dedicated to building technology that not only solves real business problems but also empowers leaders to unlock the full potential of their people.

Known for his systematic, data-driven approach, Bob has helped SaaS and technology businesses develop consistent, repeatable go-to-market practices that scale. He also has a strong track record in attracting, developing, and retaining top commercial talent. Most recently, Bob has focused on scaling enterprise SaaS businesses and global platforms, with subject matter expertise in go-to-market strategy, account management, and sales operations.
